We brew IPAs, ales, stouts, and lagers. We use the finest barley from the UK, hops from around the world, and crisp Welsh water. Our philosophy has always been to produce a traditional beer with a contemporary twist that leaves you wanting more.
Our gluten-free beers are renowned. They are brewed with an enzyme which breaks down the gluten to a laboratory-tested level well below 20 ppm, and we use no wheat in them.
