Monty’s take on a German Helles style lager.
Our lager has been made with traditional lager malts and Hersbrucker and Tattnang hops, with a hint of sweetness on the finish.
Available in 30L or 50L Steel Kegs and 30L Key Kegs only.

GALAETH 4%
Galaeth (meaning galaxy in Welsh) is a refreshing 4.0% Dark Golden Ale. Full of tropical fruit aromas including passion fruit and pineapple. Made with a skilful blend of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops. A bitter finish, dark gold in colour, one that transports you to a warm summer’s night.
This beer is available in keg, 500ml bottles and occasional cask.

Gwyn a Du, means White and Black in Welsh our take on a traditional stout.
This smooth easy drinking stout has a gentle sweet finish. It’s made using Dragon hops for a soft bitterness.
Available in 500ml bottles, 30L & 50L S Type kegs.

It has perfect bitterness, and intense hop aromas from the mosaic, jester and magnum hops. It also has a rich malty character to balance with the hops.
Released in March 2024 created by Kate, our head practical brewer.
We think it’s fabulous and so did the judges at European Beer Challenge where it won gold in the Session IPA category 2025 and SIBA Wales and West Competition 2024, where it won Champion Cask Session Pale Ale.
Pete Brown - Beer Writer in The Times on Sunday rates it in the top 10 IPA’s in the UK.

It’s not overly hopped. It is refreshing and easily quaffable for a 5% ale, hence the name Mischief! If you are looking for a British style IPA, this is the beer for you.
Brewed with a great balance of malts and hops this beer is an easy drinking brew with a slight sweetness in the finish.
It goes great with all sorts of foods, it has been matched with white chocolate with lemongrass, and goes equally well with fish dishes.
