Monty’s Sunshine Batter

Ingredients

100g Self Raising Flour
A pinch of Salt
150ml Monty’s Sunshine

Directions

Sieve the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the centre, then pour in the beer and whisk until well blended and smooth.

This makes a light crisp batter suitable for fish or vegetables.
